The Godfather of Soul

2006 wasn’t exactly a great year for music community.

Firstly there was the sad loss of J Dilla, and on Christmas Day the announcement that James Brown (The Hardest Working Man in Show Business) passed away at his home.

Over the weekend I stumbled across the Stones Throw records podcast, and there are two highly recommended podcasts dedicated to these two highly talented musicians.
